Closing day 🔥 3 down in the last couple weeks of a 22 property 1031 exchange for this client. Time to wait for another few to sell. Beautiful Christopher Allen 3 bedroom plus a den in NW cape for around $380k and will rent for around $2500 and they will enjoy the property appreciation and stable environment with lots of growth upside that SWFL offers. Playing catch-up I’ve been so busy with real estate and running my businesses I haven’t had time for social media. But dont ever think im slacking… and I know I wear a lot of hats but I promise you if you choose to work with me I’ll do anything and everything it takes to make it a good experience for you. You have my word. I don’t take on more than a couple clients at a time for this reason and so that I can still work on my flips also and Precision Property Maintenace and Precision Safewash, but I don’t drop balls.
