Ft. Myers Condo for rent!

We are looking for a new renter for our condo in Ft. Myers Florida. The condo is on the second floor, two bed/two bath, aprox 1400 sq feet. There are two parking spots (one under cover) and a small storage shed perfect for bikes and beach gear. It is in a lovely community with a pool, shuffleboard courts and a short walk down to the river. It is situated near to all the shops and conveniences you need and a short drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

The condo would be available to you year round, but would particularly suit someone looking for a winter sun get away, as the community really comes alive in the winter months with community gatherings, shuffleboard leagues, pool parties and more!

Can't come and visit and not do some redecorating! We've changed the dining room to a second seating area. Complete with a sofa bed for extra guests and a desk space for those that work remotely. The coffee table is the perfect size for a puzzle or game night. We've expanded the dining table in the great room to have more space for family meals.

We are back to Superhost status on AirBNB!

After having to close the house last year for several months while we did renovations after hurricane IAN, we lost our status on the rental sites. Wow what a project (Thanks Hurricane Ian!). We finally have a liveable house again and are open to welcoming renters!

Thanks to Luc and his crew at SWFL Plumbing for helping us make it all happen!

We've got a professional photographer scheduled in a couple of weeks to come in and help us show off our new home. Watch this space!
