If you've ever thought about what life would be like in Cape Coral, Florida – save this for later!

Here's what I always tell people relocating here:

→ Spend at least a weekend here to get a true feel for neighborhoods & lifestyle (I offer relocation tours if you’d like me to show you around).

→ Follow local Facebook groups or Nextdoor for unfiltered insight into what it’s really like to live here.

→ Don’t just look at today’s neighborhood. Ask your agent about development plans, zoning changes, or infrastructure projects that could impact value.

→ Even if you don’t have kids, schools affect resale value and future demand.

→ Visit (or at least research) what the area feels like in different seasons.

Thank you for following along on my journey. It’s exciting to think what’s next for everyone. When I talk to older people they have millions of stories of how they started one place in life and ended up somewhere completely different. That’s how it works, right?
