This bottom lug took one full turn to tighten. The temperature went from 280f to 108f with the same load. Loose wires are something to check in every box.

Even tile roofs were damaged during the storm we just experienced. These tiles were very difficult to see from the ground. A quick reminder as we stare down this monster coming our way….take 15 mins and take pictures of your house and contents. If you have storm shutters or panels this is especially important to show that they have been installed correctly. This quick effort may save some grief should you need to make a claim on your insurance.

In this case orange isn't a good thing. This is an infrared image of a ceiling in the Florida heat. There is an apparent lack of insulation in the corners visible by the orange heat signature. This would be written as an improvement opportunity.
Peepers Inspection now has the ability find a multitude of "opportunities" with IR photo capability.
