Southwest Florida’s real estate market showed steady movement last week, with more homes coming on the market across several communities. Cape Coral and Fort Myers both added significant new inventory, while Estero, Lehigh Acres, Sanibel, and St. James City also saw balanced activity between new listings, pendings, and closings.

📊 Market Snapshot (Sept. 17–24):
• Cape Coral: 172 new listings, 108 pending, 82 closed
• Fort Myers: 188 new listings, 130 pending, 104 closed
