Plf home, AC condition & age ,HOA fees, assessments, and flood zones can make two similarly priced homes cost very different amounts each month.
๐ 3. Assuming all waterfront is the same.
Not every waterfront home offers Gulf access! ๐ค Bridge heights, canal depth, locks, and the time it takes to reach open water can make a huge difference depending on your boating lifestyle.
