Southwest Florida and Lee County is home to over 20 species of termites, including the Formosan subterranean and the eastern subterranean termites, two of the most aggressive and destructive termites found in the country. Termites generally need moist, humid conditions for survival. This is why they are prevalent in our area… if you are purchasing a home, it is vital that you check the history of the property for insect control as well as doing a termite inspection along with your complete home inspection. We are here for you!!
