This week’s numbers tell an interesting story.
Over the last 7 days, 659 properties went under contract across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and Marco Island.
What does that tell me?
Buyers are still making moves.
While inventory remains higher than we’ve seen in recent years, motivated buyers are still writing offers and well-positioned homes are still attracting attention.
The conversations I’m having today aren’t centered around “Can I buy?” or “Can I sell?”
They’re focused on:
“What’s the best strategy for my situation?”
