I’m Luke Gross, I am a Realtor here in SW Florida, and I specialize in working with buyers, investments, new construction, lease options, and seller financing. I have been investing in real estate for over 10 years, both in NY and in Florida, and have started Own A Home Real Estate, here in Cape Coral Florida. I am a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University, where I studied business management, and finance. Prior to that, I attended Alfred University, as an NCAA student athlete, where I played 3 years of football. Currently, I am a Managing Member of Donnelly Home Builders, where we specialize in developing the much needed middle income, high quality yet still affordable home. I'm also an owner of Own A Home Credit Solutions LLC, where our primary purpose is to get people's credit in a position to receive mortgage approvals.
