I can sympathize with the frustration for many first time buyers.

For the past few years buyers on the fence often chose to wait “for the next crash” as they say or hold off til competition was lower.

Now that there are more listings than buyers and prices have come down a little, the interest rates are so high it’s just as expensive as the past few years when demand was high, maybe more expensive.

I’m so weird, I’ve always had a hard time cold calling and prospecting from home. Almost like I need to go to the office to get in the right head space to call…. Trying to get over that and knock out an hour of calls from the home office.

Today I posted a pool home in Cape Coral I found while searching the MLS that was a crazy good deal, of course this resulted in inquiries and I found out it was too good to be true. For some reason it’s an MLS error and it’s not for sale. The high days on market should have tipped me off. Anyways I figured I would retract and make a post since I’m not in the business of pulling a bait and switch.
