📌 Key Responsibilities
-Market available rentals across platforms, social media, signage, and more
-Respond quickly to inquiries and convert leads into showings & applications
-Conduct engaging property tours and highlight features & benefits
-Take high-quality photos/videos for marketing
-Maintain clean, show-ready vacant units
-Manage lockboxes (install/remove)
-Guide prospects through the application process
-Follow all fair housing laws
-Request Google reviews (goal: 2+ per month)
-Maintain consistent follow-up until the lease is signed
-Keep detailed records and report progress on occupancy goals
-Help maintain portfolio occupancy above 94%+
-Work with a results-focused attitude and follow company guidance
🎯 What We’re Looking For
-Real estate license required
-Leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred
-Strong communication & customer service skills
-Self-motivated, organized, and driven to close
-Ability to manage multiple leads at once
-Basic computer and property management software skills
-Reliable transportation, laptop, and phone
-Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends
-Approx. 8 hours per day dedicated to leasing activities
-Preferred 4+ hours in-office for team coordination
💰 Compensation
-Commission Only — Earn What You Close
-$500 per lease move-in
-Typical earnings: $4,000–$7,000 per month
-No income ceiling — high performers can earn significantly more
