📈🏡 Some encouraging signs for the Florida housing market! 🌴☀️

Florida just posted its 11th straight month of year-over-year home sales gains 📊🔥, while here in the Cape Coral–Fort Myers area, active inventory is down 20.4% from this time last year. 📉🏠

That's an important combination: more sales 📈 + fewer homes on the market 📉.
Does that mean we're suddenly back in a seller's market? Not quite. Buyers still have options and negotiating power 🤝💰. But we're continuing to see signs that the market is working its way back toward a healthier balance. ⚖️🏡

👀 For sellers: If you've been waiting on the sidelines, this is definitely a trend worth watching.
🔑 For buyers: There are still opportunities to negotiate while inventory is tightening—and potentially before more buyers enter the market heading into season. 🌴
