Sept 10th, 2026. A new flyover of the Cape Coral Yacht Club Marina shows major progress as the rebuilding continues in Cape Coral, Florida.

The old marina debris has been cleared away, and crews are now installing new seawalls and infrastructure as this waterfront landmark begins taking shape again.

From above, you can get a great look at the size of the project and how much has changed at the Yacht Club site.

And make sure you watch until the end — the video also shows the public beach next door, which is still open and being enjoyed by visitors while construction continues nearby.

New Construction Update | Irrigation & Fresh Sod Installed 🌴🏡

Another big step toward completion on this new construction home in Southwest Florida! The irrigation system has been installed, and the fresh sod is down, completely transforming the exterior of the property.

It’s always interesting to follow a new home from the early stages of construction all the way through the finishing touches. Once the landscaping, irrigation, and sod go in, the house really starts looking like a finished home.
