One of my favorite things about is the culture of giving back to our communities. Twice a year, our agents host “Coffee’s on Us” events, offering to buy a cup of coffee for everyone who walks through the door of local coffee shops. No strings attached, just good feelings. Today I got to visit and at and the agents and at Thanks for the coffee!

September was bookended by a pair of closings that were all about friendships. I was so grateful to help dear friends find and close on a beach house on Drake’s Island through my wonderful colleague Anne Banfield. When they’re not using it, it will be available to rent so if you’re looking for a beach house rental, let me know and I’ll connect you, And at the beginning of the month, I had the pleasure of helping a friend of a former client return home to Maine. I’ve never seen such wonderful friendships as she has with her ladies, who were with her every step of the way. I'm so excited to be stepping into this role as the official Designated Broker of Portside Real Estate Group. I'll still be working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate here in Maine and will be bringing with me all of the knowledge I've gained while serving as a compliance manager for the past three years and will continue to gain in this new role.
