There are houses that check the boxes, and then there are houses that just feel like HOME. I love watching my buyers have that moment when they realize they’ve found the one. After all the searching, showings and “maybe this one” conversations, sometimes you walk through the door and it just feels right. Then we get to work on making sure those keys end up in your hand. 🔑🤍

Want to know what 24 hours as a REALTOR® looks like? 😂 A bad inspection, clients getting cold feet, putting out fires, waiting on documents and then suddenly… CLEAR TO CLOSE!!! 🙌 There are about 47 different emotions between getting a house under contract and actually making it to the closing table, but that final celebration makes it worth it every time. 😂🏡

Imagine kidnapping a REALTOR® and realizing 10 minutes in that you’ve made a terrible mistake. 😂 By the time you let me go, you’re going to know what your house is worth, what interest rates are doing, and probably have an appointment scheduled with me for next week. 🤷🏼‍♀️🏡

I think sometimes we get so caught up in all the details of buying a house that we forget what we’re actually buying it for. Of course the number of bedrooms matters, you want the kitchen you love and you probably have a list of things you really want, but eventually it just becomes home. It’s where you’ll celebrate birthdays, spend holidays, have friends over, eat dinner together and make a million random memories you probably won’t even realize are special until later. 🥹 I may sell houses for a living, but getting to help people find the place where all of that gets to happen is the part I really love. 🤍🏡

Whether it’s your first home, millionth home, investment property, or forever home, I want to be there to share that moment with you. 🏡

This couple has bought five other homes in their lifetime, but this one is their favorite. And let me tell you, we had to pull out all the moves to get it!

There were multiple offers, it went over asking, and we were competing against cash offers with no contingencies. You may be wondering how the heck they got it without spending an arm and a leg, while still keeping their inspections and appraisal contingency.

Some closings are harder than others.
Not because the transaction was difficult, but because this one means saying goodbye to friends we've been lucky enough to have close by.

When they got the opportunity to relocate for work, there was no question they were going for it. It was one of those opportunities that opens so many doors, and we couldn't be more excited for them.

They asked me to help them sell their home as-is and as quickly as possible so they could focus on what was ahead. We were under contract on the first day with multiple offers, and now they're off to their next adventure.

While I'm going to miss having them around, I'm so grateful I got to help make this transition a little easier. Congratulations, friends. We can't wait to come visit. ❤️
