I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but definitely not because I’ve taken a break from real estate. Quite the opposite! 😅🏡

August pushed me into a new real estate threshold, at one point, I had 18 properties under contract at the same time. 🤯

We talk a lot about thresholds in real estate. You hit a new level of business that forces you to grow. You have to become more efficient, improve your systems, communicate better, solve new problems, and learn how to handle more without sacrificing the level of service you give your clients.

And this month definitely stretched me, in the best way. ❤️

🔥 $1,857,000 in Closed Production

But behind every one of those numbers is a person or family trusting me with a pretty big chapter of their life. That part is never lost on me.

I’m incredibly thankful for my clients, my team, and everyone behind the scenes who helps keep all the moving pieces moving.

August was busy. August stretched me. And August reminded me just how blessed I am to get to do what I do.
