So check out this download I got from God after leaving the gym! 🏋🏾

- You cannot use anything physical to manifest something in the spiritual, but you can 100% of the time use the spiritual realm to manifest ANYTHING into the physical.

But in order to do that, you must have a clean temple for the spirit to dwell in, in order to be used to its full capacity. 🔋

When you are physically healthy, your mind is healthy and when your mind is healthy you're able to be used in the spirit.

I broke it down even more, but thats going to be left for a later time! 🙌🏾📈
