For Madeline, real estate is a career that brings together her love for people, her hardworking nature, and her willingness to take on something new. Her journey has been filled with new experiences, hard work, and a willingness to take on new opportunities.
Get to know Madeline a little better: Born and raised in Vermont, Madeline grew up competitively rock climbing and swimming, eventually becoming a head swim instructor and event coordinator at the Rutland Recreation Center. While attending Vermont State University, she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she spent two years working on a dude ranch and quickly worked her way up to head of housekeeping and waitstaff. It was there that she developed a love for skiing, hiking, and paddleboarding.
In May 2024, Madeline made the move to Cape Girardeau and decided it was finally time to pursue her longtime interest in real estate. She began her real estate education in St. Louis in March 2025, putting in the work and passing both her state and national exams on the first try.
Madeline also earned her marketing degree from Vermont State University, bringing another creative skill set to her growing career in real estate.
Driven, hardworking, and a true people-person, Madeline brings the same determination she’s shown throughout her story to the clients she serves today. We’re proud that her journey led her to Paul Kitchen & Associates💙🏡
