WINTER WEATHER TIP❄️

Have you heard of ice dams? They can prove to be destructive, having the potential to cause a roof to cave in. They form when the snow on your roof melts and re-freezes at the edge. A dam is formed as the weight of the snow and ice builds.

How can you prevent this?
1. Purchase a roof rake, and clear 3-4 feet of snow from the edge of your roof.
2. Make sure your downspouts are clear in order to allow for the melting snow and ice to properly drain.
