Love seeing these smiling faces! Sometimes a realtor asks to show your house as an authorization to show. Sometimes you get two offers the same day and sometimes you have no idea where you will move! 😬 These two handled it with ease and buckled down and house hunted like champs! We found them a great house!! They ended up selling their first home and closing on their new home the same day and it all happened in 30 days!!! Thanks to Clinton and Amanda for being awesome sellers and buyers! Thanks to Becky Buehler and Michelle Doughten for being awesome Executives! Thanks to the lenders at Mongomery Bank and also United Land for a smooth, quick process!

Staging tip for house showings!

LIGHT IT UP!

Light up the house by turning on every lamp and overhead light! Don't forget under cabinet lighting as well! Remember, you are showcasing a product for sale! Add floor lamps or table lamps to dimly lit rooms. Natural light is very important but even on a bright, sunny day your lights need to be on to welcome buyers!

Grateful to have received the 2015 Summit Unassisted Award yesterday. Unassisted means without an assistant or without being part of a team but the truth is I couldn't have achieved this without a very large team! Behind the scenes my support team comes in the form of the broker owners of our company, Bill and Susan Cole-you would not believe the goodness of this couple! The support staff at our offices cannot be topped! They are amazing! The Executives I get to work with and learn from daily are truly the best of the best!
And YOU are part of my team as well!! The majority of my business last year was referral based. Former clients, friends and Facebook friends referred their loved ones and friends to me and through those referrals my business continues to grow.
