First hunt of the season is in the books! 🦌🍂

The fall food plots are looking great. Hopefully we can get a good rain in the next week or so to really put some more tonnage on the turnips. The soybeans may be short, but they’re loaded with pods, so it’s shaping up to be an exciting year!

There’s just something about being out in the woods. It’s the best therapy out there, no doubt.
Being able to enjoy God’s creation never gets old. 🙏🏼🌾🦌

Today’s closing was another special one ✨

I had the opportunity to help these clients with a transaction back in December, and today I was able to work with them again. They are very close family friends, and I’ve known their family ever since I was a little kid, so being trusted to help them with another real estate transaction means a lot to me.

Got the first turnip food plot seeded yesterday just before this great rain rolled through! 🌱🌧️

Hoping for good germination out of the gate and a few more timely rains to get this plot off to a great start. Always fun putting a little work into the land and watching it come together!

August food plot update! 🌽🦌

The corn is looking amazing! The forage soybeans are flowering but getting browsed very hard, so I don’t expect much pod production.

We’re spraying the weeds in the soybean patch so we can come back in soon with turnips. The new pump is working great for filling the sprayer from the spring fed creek!

We also have some great screening with sun h**p, milo, and sorghum, along with a really good looking clover patch.
