I became a REALTOR due to my passion for seeing the potential in homes, my love of architecture, and my love for working with people. maximum showings, buyer appeal, and higher net sales price. My business has grown by referral due to my attention to detail, unparalleled communication with my clients, and my ability to negotiate effectively with all parties in a transaction. I have a strong work ethic and give all of my clients a 100% effort. I have lived in this community for over 30 years and am an active participant in school district and YMCA organizations, as well as having been a 4H leader and medical provider for many of those years as well. My connections in the community are strong and are a continuous source of contacts for me.
