Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this amazing cause. The proceeds raised from this tournament will help burn survivors, provide burn education in schools, and purchase equipment for the burn unit benefiting numerous counties, including Santa Cruz County.

Months of Inventory Low, Low, Low

Months of Inventory means that it would take that number of months to sell all the houses currently for sale.

Any time the months of inventory number is under, oh, say about 6, it's considered a "seller's" market.

Almost every month for the last three years the "months of inventory" has been under 3 in the Capitola/Soquel area.

Just thought that was an interesting thing to note about our little community.
