Joseph & I went to Santa Cruz High together 30+ years ago.
He called me 45 days ago to refer me to his BFF Ken , who’s father just passed & he needed to sell this home . Ken interviewed 3 agents & choose me . 😊
He went back to Texas & I personally got the buyers into contract in 11 days . All moved forward smoothly until this week. With the Covid virus raging between states , Ken cancelled his flight & drove 25 hours straight to get back to pack up his fathers belongings. Time was running out to pack & for him to get back on road before the borders might be shut down.

I then stepped in & gathered boxes from liquor store & candy store & did some packing to help save time . I also got the mobile notary in place so he could sign a day earlier to head back to Texas on Thursday.
Let’s just say it truly took a village to get this escrow closed.
