Deposit of $600 is refundable. NOTE: in the summer we rent BY THE WEEK (Saturday-to-Saturday). In the off-season, a two-night minimum stay is required. (Though rental dates including a holiday may have an increased minimum stay.) Rental fee *includes* professional cleaning fee and city occupancy taxes - though we do ask guests to clean up after themselves before departing (as detailed in rental agreement). Check-In Time: 4pm

*Pet Policy - we're sorry, but we don't allow renters to bring pets to stay in the beach house.*
(However, in the spirit of full disclosure - for those who may be highly allergic: there are occasions where the owners' pets visit the home.) A specific, more detailed rental agreement will be sent to renter once reservation has been confirmed - and we ask that you sign and return a copy to us.
