CLOSED | 259 Sheldon Avenue, Santa Cruz 🏡

The smoothest closings are often the result of careful preparation behind the scenes.

Our sellers were preparing to move back to the Bay Area, so we helped coordinate packing and movers, fresh paint, landscaping, cleanup, deep cleaning, and the finishing touches needed to prepare the home for market. Beautifully redone in 2021, the home didn’t need a major transformation, just thoughtful care after five years of being loved and lived in.

On the day we opened for Members Only showings, while photography was still being completed, an agent brought buyers who had been searching for nearly two years. They walked in and knew it was the one.

Their offer was all cash, above asking, with no contingencies and a five-day close.

Five days later, we were CLOSED! 🎉

Happy sellers, happy buyers, and a seamless transition for two families moving into their next chapters.

Grateful for the trust our sellers placed in us and for the opportunity to guide them through every step. ❤️

Less things. More memories. ❤️

That was the goal from the very beginning.

These wonderful clients were referred to me by a dear friend, and from the moment we met, they felt like instant friends. The kind of people you connect with immediately and feel incredibly grateful to have in your life.

They came to me ready for a change. They wanted to downsize, simplify, and be more intentional about how they were living.

Less house to manage.
Less stuff to hold onto.
More time together.
More experiences.
More memories.

To make that happen, we needed to sell their home at 320 Camino Al Barranco in La Selva Beach while finding and purchasing the right replacement home.

And we found it at 2769 Valencia Ave in Aptos!

There were A LOT of moving parts to get two transactions across the finish line. There was stress, coordination, timing, problem solving, and definitely a few moments where everyone had to trust the process. 😅

But we did it.

Two homes. Two closings. One really exciting new chapter. 🔑🎉

I couldn’t be happier for this family or more grateful that they trusted me to guide them through both sides of such a big life transition.

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Real estate isn’t always about getting a bigger house. Sometimes it’s about creating a life that feels bigger because you have less weighing you down.

This one feels extra special. 🤍
