At one of our Midweek Mastermind meetings, an agent shared a smart idea...she wanted to create a monthly newsletter that would be helpful and engaging for her clients.

She put together an amazing design in Canva, but sending it that way wasn’t ideal. So we teamed up and used our MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail to turn it into a professional email template.

Now she can send it via email or text, track performance, schedule delivery, and easily update the content each month.

A great idea, made simple and sustainable.

Helping agents bring their ideas to life and making sure they’re set up to succeed,is one of the best parts of my job.

I’ve always been the behind-the-scenes type.

You know the type…the one quietly checking in, helping fix things behind the scenes, making sure everything is running even when no one sees it.

That’s always felt like my sweet spot.

But here’s what I’m learning as a Managing Broker:

Just because the work is behind the scenes…..doesn’t mean it doesn’t shape everything in front of it.

Helping agents grow, stay focused, get unstuck…that’s the heart of what I do.

Not with all the answers…
…but by standing beside you while we find them.

So maybe it’s time I start sharing more of what’s going on behind the curtain.

Not for attention- but so you know I’m here, really here, when you need support.

Leadership looks different on everyone.
This is what it looks like for me.

Where is your office today?

My office is outside on my front patio...because I’ve learned that sometimes, stepping outside and letting the sun hit my face is exactly what I need to reset.

The ideas come easier.
My thoughts feel less scrambled.
And I remember to breathe.

Mental health isn’t a luxury in this business ... it’s a necessity.
And as much as I say that to my agents, it’s something I have to remind myself too.

I have learned (and am still learning):
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to grind 24/7 to prove your worth.
You don’t have to work like everyone else.

Whatever way you work best... I’ll support it.
Because this business gets heavy sometimes.
And you deserve to build it in a way that doesn’t weigh you down.

We kicked things off Tuesday with MAX/Tech Tech Foundations Part 2 💻—an info-packed session that took our digital game to the next level. Our agents are more equipped than ever to leverage technology to serve clients at the highest level.

On Wednesday, our Midweek Mastermind brought the fire 🔥—goals were set, ideas were shared, and inspiration was flowing. It's amazing what happens when top-tier minds collaborate!

And then came Thursday night… ✨🏆
