I've been telling buyers for a while now: don't overlook the western end of the valley.

Glenwood Springs is growing fast. Between an exceptional hospital, the iconic hot springs, a wave of new restaurants, and strong schools, it's becoming the true hub of the Roaring Fork Valley. And that energy is spreading west into Silt, New Castle, and Rifle, connecting communities that have long flown under the radar.

People ask me how I ended up in real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley. Honestly? It was the perfect collision of everything I love.

I grew up on Cape Cod, where customer service wasn't just a job; it was a way of life. Then came entrepreneurial school, where I learned how to build something of my own—how to take that people instinct and turn it into a business built on trust.

Real estate let me put all of it together: the people, the hustle, and the heart.

But what really keeps me here is this valley. Introducing families to the Roaring Fork Valley and watching them fall in love with it the way I did truly never gets old.
