Studio Apartments Carbondale. We have a couple more openings for Fall 2024 in our clean building. Great community of quiet students, locked security building with cameras, owner managed, laundry facility, off street parking lot, monthly pest control. We have excellent reviews! 😊
We pay for water and garbage collection.
You pay electric and internet.
$425 per month with a 1 year lease and a $300 refundable security deposit.

Once again Ambassador Studios is expecting a few openings for Spring, Summer and Fall. Message me if you want an application. Apartments are $400/month for a 1 year lease. Private bathroom and kitchen in each apartment. Laundry facility in basement. Patio and private parking lot. No Application fee! Apply before it's too late, we're going to be full again.

Ambassador Studios has been quite full this year, but there has been a little bit of turnover for summer/fall. Rent is still $400 per month, for a full year lease, and remember, water and garbage pick up are on us! There may be 2-3 openings in August, so if you want an application, message me your email address and let's get going. We're a security building with locked front doors and cameras. I can promise you good neighbors inside our building, as well as private kitchens and bathrooms within your apartment. It's a pretty sweet deal!

Rent is a low $400 per month in this clean security building. Laundry facilities in our basement, and cameras monitoring outside. First come, first serve on these apartments, water and garbage collection included in rent. Private parking lot too.

Our building is currently full for Fall 2021. However, you may contact us to place your name on a waiting list for Spring 2022. The security deposit is $300 and is required (with a completed application) for us to hold an apartment in your name. Rent is $375 per month for a 1 year lease, $425 per month for a 9 month lease.
