After nearly two years of work, research, neighbor input, and public meetings, I’m incredibly excited to share that the Northwest Historic District is officially a reality!

Last night, the City Council officially passed the ordinance creating the district—a big step toward preserving the architectural character of our neighborhood and encouraging thoughtful, historically sensitive improvements to these homes.

A lot of time and effort went into making this happen, and I’m incredibly proud to have been part of the process. Excited to see this vision finally come to fruition!
