This season was about so much more than baseball.

We watched a group of kids become teammates, teammates become friends, and friends become a family. They grew in confidence, skill, and excitement with every practice and every game. They faced adversity, celebrated every little victory, and never stopped cheering each other on.

Helping families buy and sell homes in our community is what we do, and we love doing it. But having the opportunity to sponsor and support this incredible group of young athletes has been one of the greatest privileges of the year.

Thank you to the coaches, parents, and everyone who invested their time and hearts into these kids. The future of Carbondale is bright, and we’re proud to be a small part of it.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!

In real estate, we sometimes joke that “Dads kill deals” during inspections. But the truth is, dads are often doing what they do best—protecting the people they love.

Their questions, concerns, and occasional skepticism come from a place of care. And sometimes, their wisdom helps families avoid costly mistakes and make better decisions.

Today we celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates freedom, resilience, and progress.

While many of the laws that once denied Black Americans equal access to homeownership have been corrected, the effects of historic discrimination continue to impact homeownership and wealth-building opportunities today.

At Landmark Realty Group, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve the dream of homeownership. We are proud to support Black homeownership and work toward stronger, more inclusive communities.
