It's been awhile since I did my last market re-cap, and so by popular demand her it is....
In the past 7 days there are 73 new listing, 114 closings, and 99 properties under contract, 31 back on market, with 60 price changes. Also worth noting, there were 44 properties that expired.
The market is slowing (decrease in new listings from this summer) most likely do to the holidays approaching, but buyers are still out there and eventually the number of listings won't meet the needs of buyer demands. And interest rates will remain low!
