🐇There are eggs all over the Pointe and we need you to go out and get them and see what hatches. Eggs are hidden outside, in building common areas and in the Clubhouse.

PS there might be something really cool in the golden eggs like rent comp certificates. 🌈

One of the most common issues we see resident's having with their heat/ac can be fixed with a simple change of settings.

If your apartment has a Google Nest thermostat, it's trying to figure you out and anticipate your temperature needs.

But you aren't some simple, easy to read tenant. No, you contain multitudes. Schedules be damned, you fly by the seat of your own pants, you go with the flow, you might even be the flow.
