Back in 2001, Jeff and his family swapped California waves for the Roaring Fork Valley’s stunning mountains. He spent years teaching high school English and coaching football at RFHS and GSHS. After 12 years in education, Jeff switched gears to dive into real estate in 2006. Through his teaching and coaching networks, Jeff quickly established himself in both the home and commercial real estate markets. Right out the gate, he earned the title of "Broker of the Year" in 2007. After a successful solo stint as a broker, Jeff launched his own real estate brokerage – RiverStone Real Estate – in 2014. Fast forward to 2020, Jeff and his team have completed over 115 transactions and over $110M in sales volume. It's simple. He's all about treating his clients like family – with respect, honesty, and a solid dose of professionalism. Jeff and his fiancée, Cailen Hollenback, live in Glenwood Springs (Ironbridge, to be exact), enjoying a lively blended family. Jeff is a proud father of two (Jake and Lisa), while Cailen has four children (Cole, Morgan, Connor, and Molly,). Together, they savor a multitude of outdoor pursuits, from river rafting down the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers to sharing the greens, hitting the slopes, and embarking on annual beach getaways to San Diego, CA, or Kauai.
