Cardwell Housing Authority We have one and two bedroom units. Rent is based on your income. We strive to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for those that qualify.

We are a Public Housing Authority. Cardwell Housing Authority strives to provide safe as well as affordable housing to low income families, individuals, the elderly and disabled.

To all residents of Cardwell Housing: the planned inspection for today will have to be rescheduled due to the inspector having a health issue.

I will let you all know when we have the new date rescheduled.
