As a Commercial Pilot, I was able to devote time to another passion of mine, Real Estate Sales and Investment. Through the years, this passion led to Home Loan Mortgage Origination and advancement to management responsibilities and opportunities. With a sound Real Estate and Mortgage background, I am prepared to meet the demands of today’s challenging markets. Having successfully completed my “flying days” and management duties, I am now totally focused on the opportunity of selling Real Estate properties, specializing in single family homes. You must have a well thought out flight plan, taking into consideration all possible factors, both positive and negative. You must pay attention to detail, watch for the unexpected, and have patience. Like thunderstorms, at times Real Estate has its own bumps; however they can be navigated without expensive radar. I assist my clients in developing the “flight plan” for their Real Estate purchases or sales. Together, we will develop a specific plan taking into account the current market conditions while focusing on your end goal. After 37 years of Real Estate involvement, I am convinced there is no greater time to sell or purchase Real Estate than now; interest rates are low and homes are selling. If your goal is to purchase your first home, upgrade, down size or purchase investment properties we can build the plan together. As a seasoned Real Estate Broker, I have transacted many purchases for investors that often times have led to a return on investment greater than average. When not writing contracts you may find me on the golf links or in a stream with a fly rod, but… “Never out-of-touch!”
