The client reported poor performance from their yard drainage system.

Camera Inspection: We scoped multiple lines with a camera and found concrete blocking one or more pipes.

Crawlbot Inspection: We sent a Crawlbot through the culvert to check the 6-inch main line where it meets the culvert. This confirmed concrete is present inside the main line.

Recommended Next StepsAccess:

Excavate and open the blocked drain pipe.

Clear: Remove all concrete and debris from the lines.

Re-scope: Run the camera through the lines again to make sure they are completely clean.

Restore: Backfill and cover the pipe only after the second inspection confirms the lines are clear.

Update: line was accessed and cement was removed. Pictures in comments.

FUNraisers is looking for volunteers to help make this year’s KBON Festival a success—and every shift helps support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

🗓️Festival Dates:
• Friday, October 2
• Saturday, October 3
• Sunday, October 4

⏰ Volunteer Shifts (3–4 hours):
• Friday: 4:00 PM – Midnight
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – Midnight
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Volunteer opportunities include:
🎟️ Selling tickets at the gates
🥤 Assisting at beverage booths
🛠️ Helping with event setup & breakdown
🤝 Supporting attendees and keeping the festival running smoothly

⭐️Volunteer perks:
Volunteers get a free tshirt, free admission the day that they work and 6 drink tickets after their shift.
