Many people have had flooding/foundation issues stemming from last year’s National Emergency that occurred around August. POTENTIAL HOME BUYERS….the importance of a home inspection is worth every penny. Whether you are a first time home buyer or buying your retirement home, it’s never a good idea to waive a home inspection during the buying process. In the past few months, we have performed a few home inspections for clients that waived inspections in the past year and it was not a good result. I have been getting many requests for inspections from current homeowners getting ready to sell their homes. It makes perfect sense to anyone that has sold a home. New home buyers will typically make the current homeowner make certain repairs or RE-negotiate the price of the house regardless. A seller home inspection puts the control on their side.
