The precautionary boil water advisory that was issued for areas affected by Wednesday's water main break has been lifted. It is no longer necessary to boil your water before use.

If you are a landlord and water service is in your name, please inform your tenants.

MAKE. SURE. IF. YOU. RENT. YOU. HAVE. RENTERS. INSURANCE.

Your landlord should have insurance to cover the building BUT THATS IT. It is not their responsibility to protect your personal items. Your belongings inside are to be covered by you.

Hoping all are okay and can find alternative living arrangements quickly. This rental market is tough right now. Our waiting list is at least a year long right now.

While it’s still not released how this started, you can take your own precautions. Be smart, people. Check smoke detectors. Don’t walk away from the stove when you’re cooking. Keep lit candles away from curtains. Properly out your ci******es. Don’t block heat vents.

This young lady is reported missing from one of our townhouses. Please, if you see her, contact the Carlisle Borough Police OR the PA State Police.

***She has been located and is safe! Thank you for everyone’s help in finding her and getting her home!***

The Carlisle Police are looking for Destiny "Ann" McKarchey. McKarchey was last seen in the area of Rockledge Drive, Carlisle Borough on 11/07/2024 at approximately 11:00PM. McKarchey is believed to be wearing blue pajama pants, an orange shirt, and is not wearing shoes. Anyone with information on McKarchey's whereabouts is asked to call the Carlisle Police at (717)243-5252 or call 911.

Heavy rains today are making driving conditions very poor (accurate depiction of trying to drive today in the meme!). If a sign is posted across the roadway indicating that it is closed, please don’t go around it as it’s there for your safety. Drive slow, give yourself time to get to your destination.

Also, with significant rainfall, root systems in trees will loosen and the risk of them falling is high. Be aware of trees with significant leaning and call our non-emergency line if you see it starting to uproot so it can be handled (717-243-5252).
