We are a family owned and operated land development and new home construction company based out of Camp Hill, PA. Gettys founded our company in 1966. Fred built his business on two very important things; honesty and integrity. He has developed numerous successful communites such as Timber Ridge in Fairview Township; Fairview Farms in Fairview Township; Green Lane Farms, Fairview Township; Allenda

le, Lower Allen Township; North Ridge, North Middleton Township; The Village at North Ridge, North Middleton Township; and our newest community MountainView Estates. I became a partner in Gettys Development Company, LLC in 2009 after building a strong reputation as a top selling agent for Remax Realty Associates. I began building and developing in 2007, developing a successful townhome project in Camp Hill Borough. Since becoming a partner in the organization I have worked hand in hand with Classic Communities Corporation on the aquisition of MoutainView Estates, a new single family home community in Carlisle, PA. Along with Classic Communities Corporation, we are an approved builder in "The Village at North Ridge," "MountainView Estates," and "Lenker Estates." Our company is represented by Remax Realty Associates, "Steve Johansen Team" consisting of Steve Johansen and Chris Pirritano.
