We’re excited to welcome Tyra Hosfelt & Samara Rook to the Neidlinger Management team! 🎉

👩‍💼 Tyra Hosfelt – Property Management
Tyra joined us in November 2024 as a Property Manager, and we’re so excited to have her on board!

When she’s not working, Tyra enjoys spending time with her dog Allie Mae 🐾, Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️, and hanging out with her niece and nephew 💕.

We’re very happy to have Tyra on our team and can’t wait for our residents and owners to get to know her!!

👨‍🔧 Samara Rook – Administrative Assistant

Samara joined our team in August 2025 as our Administrative Assistant. She’s the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk into our office, and she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 💼✨

When she’s not working, Samara loves spending time with her family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, singing karaoke 🎤, and adding to her growing earring collection 💎.

We Are Hiring!

Construction/Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an all-around experienced residential construction or maintenance person to join our team. We do everything from remodels to respond to maintenance requests for current tenants. Remodels include replacing fixtures, upgrading appliances, repairing/replacing plumbing, minor electrical changes, drywall install/repair, and paint. Maintenance requests vary and can be anything from plumbing to electrical to carpentry. No day is ever the same! HVAC experience would be a huge plus!!! Pay is based on experience!

Position Summary:

Perform general maintenance for all units (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)

Perform turnover repairs for all units (touch up paint, electric, drywall, etc.)

Change locks on apartments for evictions when needed

Trouble shoot leaks (plumbing, roofs, walls, etc.) and repair

Trouble shoot minor electrical issues

Identify areas or issues that require preventative maintenance

Maintain acceptable property appearance and function for interior and exterior

Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)

Electrical: 1 year (Preferred

Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

Drywall/Paint: 1 year (Preferred)

HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
