Sometimes preparing a home for sale can require more time than expected. 🏡🗓️💰But it is SO important to get it dialed in - and here’s why:
Our client COULD have sold her property as-is . It would not have been as attractive in photos and showings and it may have been sold to an investor for far less than it was worth. Instead, she spent a year getting the home ready for its newest owner - gutting and renovating the kitchen, installing new floors, updating the paint, removing popcorn ceilings, cleaning up the backyard and adding a little staging (to name a few things) and boom 💥… it was well worth it!
