Yesterday I had the privilege of celebrating the grand opening of Perla and her mom’s very own realty, and it truly touched my heart. ❤️

Perla is such a talented young woman, and watching these two step into this new chapter together was incredibly inspiring.

Maybe it hit me a little differently because one of my own dreams is to someday have the opportunity to work alongside my son and build something together. 🥹❤️ Seeing another mother and her child turn their talents, hard work, and vision into a business reminded me just how beautiful that can be.

I’m so proud of you girls and so grateful I was able to be part of such a special day. 🥂✨

Believe it or not… I’ve never worn shorts in my life. 😂🩳

Yesterday was officially the first time.

It might seem like such a simple thing to most people, but for me, it represents something much bigger. 💚✨

I’m in a season of trying things I’ve never done before, making my own choices, and discovering little pieces of myself along the way.

And apparently… one of those pieces wears shorts. 😂💚

Here’s to new beginnings, new experiences, and doing things we never thought we would. 🥂✨

And a special thank you to my mommy for buying me this outfit. 🥹💚 She might have created a monster because now I think I like shorts. 😂🩳

FROM UNCERTAINTY TO KEYS: THEIR MEXICO HOME IS OFFICIALLY THEIRS. 🔑🏡🇲🇽✨

Today was one of those closings that reminds me why I love what I do. ❤️🥹

Congratulations to my very special buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new home in Mexico! 🏡🌴🌊🔑

This journey wasn’t always easy. There were questions ❓, unexpected bumps, unfamiliar processes, moments of uncertainty, and a LOT of patience required along the way. 🙏🏼

And when you’re an American expat purchasing real estate in another country 🇺🇸➡️🇲🇽, you want to know that your investment is being handled carefully, that the details are being looked at 🔍, and that you have the right people in your corner. 🛡️🤝🏼
