Although increased mortgage rates have slightly reduced the pool of potential buyers, there is still a huge demand for homes and record low inventory. Home price appreciation may slow down to more normal levels, but it is still unlikely that most homes will see values go down.

💥 Closind Day Testimony💥

I actually had the blessing and opportunity of meeting Ms. Debbie in H&R block during tax season this year around February. I over heard her talking about making a move and thought to myself "should I say something to her", so I did.

From this moment we stayed in constant communication and made what seemed to be impossible, possible. These are the moments and experiences I am willing to make happen and live for.
