Our Founder Jeremy Henley was honored to speak to a group of ASHI Home Inspectors this week as part of The AI Edge, a session on AI-powered tools and strategies for inspection professionals.

The segment was From Report to Repairs.

The short version: the right AI can help an inspectors client turn a report into clear, priced, scheduled repairs. The wrong AI can put a made-up number in front of a buyer, a seller, and two agents, and blow up a deal.

The difference is not the model. It is the data behind it. Repair pricing built on real completed work orders holds up in a negotiation. Pricing generated from a Frontier LLM does not.
