Thinking of buying a new 🏠 construction home? You are putting your financial security at risk by NOT using a Buyer's Agent. Don't let a builder representative or salesperson spook you into thinking you could "save money without representation" ... that in itself is a scary statement!
If you are considering buying a new home, I highly recommend that you DO NOT walk into the sales office or contact a builder without representation, even though it can seem like a "simple one-stop-shop operation.”
Keep this in mind: the builder's salesperson represents the builder. NOT you. Although the sales representatives are extremely 😁 friendly and knowledgeable, their job is to get the best price for the builder, while meeting sales quotas and other metrics. They are not looking out for your best interests, which is why it's crucial to have someone on your side.
New construction can be a very complicated and expensive 💲 process, so it's important to have someone with the experience and knowledge to help guide you!
