There is a common misconception that pipes in new construction homes don’t freeze. Although they’re less likely, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Let those faucets drip 💧💧

With the temperatures rapidly dropping, here are a few tips to remember this week!❄️ Stay warm and safe!

12/11/2024

Please remember, cold temperatures will affect all homes, including new construction! Leaving a slow drip on faucets can save you tons of money on potential issues from burst pipes.

With the temperatures predicted to be in the low 20's this evening, please make sure your home is prepared. Follow these easy steps to ensure your pipes are protected!
