Earlier this month, I had the privilege of speaking with students at USC’s Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) program. As an executive partner, my goal is to mentor and inspire these future business leaders as they take their next big step. I’m grateful to still be a part of this incredible community.

For those who don’t know, the MBV is a one-year, fully accredited graduate program created exclusively for veterans, active duty, and reserve service members. It’s designed to build on the leadership and management experience gained in the military while adding formal business knowledge, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
