I very much believe strongly in putting together a complete “Team” approach on your behalf in order to bring about and to protect your “Well Being.” Each service person that I would enlist would have the professional knowledge and experience with the same shared “Goal” as myself.There always will be more often than NOT an issue that will occur. However I feel it can be best resolved thru the use of this "Team" approach. Your benefit and “RE Goals” are paramount, as is your “Well Being” in accomplishing it! My Real Estate career started in Orange County in the year 2000 with the First Team Brokerage where I worked both in the Mission Viejo office initially then the San Clemente office in the city where I had lived for over 30 years. The combination of wanting to live closer to my two brothers families along with my chance encounter during a transaction with Brent Turner led me to move south to SD County where I then became a Turner Real Estate Agent. By using my team approach outlined I have upon request from my clients also done work in order to accomplish their “RE Goals” in Northern and Central California, as well as LA and Riverside County. If they had a “RE Goal” and desired my help to accomplish it for their “Well Being” I did so. A little bit of background about myself to share with you would be that I have lived in California for over 54 years. During that time period I have witnessed different markets, changes and growth. Real Estate was very much instrumental for my parents future “well being” while growing up in a home my parents purchased in Whittier a suburb of LA County. Their “Love of SC” let to the purchase of a single lot. Which in time and increase of “Value” of that lot they were able to build a triplex. My father was a ‘carpenter by trade’ later being elevated to a superintendent where he ran work for a General Contractor. My mother was a ‘school teacher’ of various grades with the majority of her time teaching kindergarteners. Their combined talents helped to shape me and my beliefs! I am not just a salesperson; Rather on the contrary I am a “builder of relationships, communicator of “How to construct a plan of action” and teacher “How it can be accomplished.” Today my parents after selling their home in Whittier are residing in that triplex they built in San Clemente and enjoying their retirement. Outside of my helping people with RE needs; I enjoy both surfing and fishing as my primary activities. I also “Love” spending time with my family, friends and “living life in general”. During the past 16 years I have received the majority of my business through what I would consider to be an agent’s highest compliment. “The repeat business from those past clients along with their referrals to someone to whom they care for.” I am excited to now have a ‘web presence’!
