I’ve been seeing this firsthand, sellers outnumber buyers by a LARGE gap. For the first time ever I’ve had listings expire with precisely ZERO offers! Of 3 houses listed in the last several months, only one was sold and not before the sellers dramatically lowered their price and accepted an offer still below the lowered price. It’s tough out there!!
